Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Commissions Consultant to join our team to support the delivery of high-quality services! This role presents an opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of commissions in the Lendi Group.
Position responsibilities include:
- High volume data entry and matching of lender and broker data to operating platforms and payment systems.
- Importing data to payment system and reconciliation of export data to commissions payment system.
- Liaising with lender partners regarding company and external policies.
- Understanding and interpretation of payment policies.
- Collaborate with the commission team and incorporate AI tools to streamline current processes.
- Work closely with technology teams and other internal departments to resolve systems errors and issues.
- Communicate to brokers and sales leaders and resolve enquiries within required SLA.
- Provide support to the team with involvement in Projects and ad-hoc deliverables.
- Perform commission system administration, including: setup for newly onboarded brokers/partners, maintain and update broker records and commission configurations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as an Accounts Payable, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
- Bank Reconciliation/Accounting Knowledge
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, with experience in bank reconciliation being essential.
- Excel Proficiency
- Ability to handle data efficiently, including creating and using formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Can start ASAP (Preferred)
- Customer Service Skills (Preferred)
- Experience handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service is a plus.
- Self-Training and Independence
- Capable of independently learning and adapting to new tools, processes, and tasks.
- Data Entry Skills (Preferred)
- Attention to detail in managing data, with a focus on Excel-related tasks.
- Comprehension and Communication
- Strong ability to understand instructions and processes, coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and Motivation
- A strong team player with self-motivation and a keen desire to go above and beyond in contributing to team and individual goals.
- Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail are essential, particularly in tasks that involve reviewing, validating, and processing data.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
