Founded in 2013, we are part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), alongside our affiliate Agoda company PTE LTE. We partner with global brands to create travel loyalty programs for their customers, building customized websites for booking hotels, car rentals, flights, and activities.\n\nWe also own and operate Rocketmiles.com, where travelers can book hotels and earn loyalty points with over 60 brands, including American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Amazon.\n\nWe provide ²⁴⁄₇ customer support for travelers. Our technology team builds updated, integrated solutions, offering access to more than three million properties. Our data scientists analyze booking data and trends to understand customer behavior. Marketing experts develop and run campaigns, constantly testing and improving them using our travel and marketing knowledge.\n\nWe offer e-commerce and online travel solutions, specializing in hotels, loyalty programs, and travel rewards. Our services include gift cards, B2B partnerships, and customer service for co-brand and whitelabel clients. We operate in the technology and internet industries.

We have a team of 201-500 people working globally, both in person and remotely. We have offices in Chicago, New York, Bangkok, Bogota, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Cebu.
