Job Description
Work with the QA Team Leader to plan, prepare and execute testing.
Work as part of a cross-functional team
Participate in requirements analysis
Participate in estimation and planning of testing activities during sprint
planning.
Liaise with the development team and product owners to identify where tests
and test plans are required.
Design, develop and execute test cases/scripts using appropriate tools and
methodologies.
Implement Test Case Management and Defect Management.
Create Test Cases in Gherkin format.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved; review and
provide feedback to tests written by developers.
Document and provide test progress and results.
Develop and automate the execution of tests where appropriate.
Deliver testing to a high standard.

Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field – strict requirement
- ISTQB certification- nice to have
- 2-3 years proven experience in software quality assurance, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation testing using Playwright or other tools.
- Salesforce Experience required
- Experience with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, UAT
- Testing, End to End Testing and Exploratory Testing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand software systems while
- working in an agile development environment.
- Working/hands-on experience in Ticketing Management tool such as JIRA.
- Experience providing QA status/progress reports.
- In Depth understanding of QA Methodologies, STLC and SDLC.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
