  • Work with the QA Team Leader to plan, prepare and execute testing.

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team

  • Participate in requirements analysis

  • Participate in estimation and planning of testing activities during sprint

  • planning.

  • Liaise with the development team and product owners to identify where tests

  • and test plans are required.

  • Design, develop and execute test cases/scripts using appropriate tools and

  • methodologies.

  • Implement Test Case Management and Defect Management.

  • Create Test Cases in Gherkin format.

  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved; review and

  • provide feedback to tests written by developers.

  • Document and provide test progress and results.

  • Develop and automate the execution of tests where appropriate.

  • Deliver testing to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field – strict requirement
  • ISTQB certification- nice to have
  • 2-3 years proven experience in software quality assurance, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automation testing using Playwright or other tools.
  • Salesforce Experience required
  • Experience with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, UAT
  • Testing, End to End Testing and Exploratory Testing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand software systems while
  • working in an agile development environment.
  • Working/hands-on experience in Ticketing Management tool such as JIRA.
  • Experience providing QA status/progress reports.
  • In Depth understanding of QA Methodologies, STLC and SDLC.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines.
  • Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)

Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
