Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 6-month contract and help scale key functions across Technology, Distribution, and broader business teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Data, Growth, Sales, and corporate functions. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, strengthening talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic talent advisory in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We’re open to candidates based in either Melbourne or Sydney. We work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in your local office to connect with hiring managers and collaborate with colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio including Technology, Sales, Distribution, and corporate functions.
- Lead hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, Delivery, and emerging technology skill sets with complex hiring requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, team structures, and hiring needs.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage high-quality talent across competitive markets.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future-focused skill areas.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values at every touchpoint.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Support continuous improvement across recruitment processes, stakeholder engagement, and talent attraction strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner within fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environments.
- Experience hiring across a variety of domains such as engineering, product, data, design, delivery, and emerging technology skill sets.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, including sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development across niche skill areas.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and confidently influencing hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic thinking.
