Jumper is a user-facing app powered by LI.FI that helps users move, earn, and manage capital across networks by scanning DEXs and bridges to find the best route for any transaction — optimizing for speed, cost, and execution.

A quick run-down of the job

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join Jumper and help elevate our brand across social, campaigns, and product storytelling—moving fast, experimenting often, and shipping high-quality visuals daily.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong visual taste, a solid grasp of crypto culture, and excitement for pushing creativity using AI tools.

What you’ll do

• Create high quality, visually compelling marketing assets (carousels, banners, promos, motion) for Jumper across platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Discord

• Translate ideas and briefs into engaging visual content that follows our brand language

• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across channels

• Use tools like Figma to design marketing visuals, motions and animations.

• Experiment with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flora AI, etc.) to enhance creative output and speed

• Collaborate with marketing, community and product teams in an async, remote environment to ensure alignment and creative quality

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of Jumper’s visual identity in the Web3 space

• Contribute to campaign concepts and visual direction

What makes a good candidate

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design

• Previous experience in Crypto is a must

• Strong visual taste and fundamentals: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration

• Familiarity with animation or motion tools is a plus

• Previous work creating digital/social media assets

• Skilled in Figma and comfortable working with brand libraries and design systems

• Uses AI tools in their workflow:

- Can prompt effectively and iterate on outputs

- Understands AI image workflows (style, upscaling, variations)

- Integrates AI-generated assets into polished final designs

- Comfortable working with tools like Flora AI

- Actively experiments with new AI + creative tech

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first and fully-remote environment

• Curious, driven, and eager to learn and adapt quickly
