About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Business Systems Analyst who thrives in situations where clients may not yet have a clearly defined vision. You’ll be the person who can listen, analyze, and translate ambiguity into structured requirements - shaping ideas into tangible, validated solutions and leading functional or technical PoC development.

Location: Remote/Warsaw

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate business and system requirements.

  • Define and refine system and business solution vision, especially in early-stage or exploratory projects.

  • Conduct business discovery sessions to understand user and client needs, uncover real problems, and propose the right digital or system solutions.

  • Analyze and prioritize requirements in line with business objectives and project goals.

  • Model and document business processes, system workflows, data flows, and integration points using BPMN, UML, ERD, or similar tools.

  • Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams - setting a clear tone, driving alignment, and uncovering insights.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate user and business needs into deliverables (functional specs, mockups, clickable demos).

  • Manage project documentation, pipelines, and artifacts, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to validate solution direction.

  • Participate in system integration analysis, process optimization, and technical feasibility assessments.

  • Report progress and insights to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining full transparency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business and system analysis (from concept to implementation).

  • 1+ year of experience in project management.

  • Proven ability to propose and define solutions independently, even when client requirements are unclear.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - ability to translate complexity into clarity.

  • Experience in functional or technical PoC development, prototypes, or clickable demos.

  • Familiarity with BPMN, UML, ERD, or other process/system modeling tools.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills - the capability of leading workshops with confidence and direction.

  • Experience in external client-facing projects and defining solution-market fit.

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in multinational teams.

  • Understanding and practical use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to have

  • Technical background (computer science, software engineering, databases, cybersecurity, QA).

  • Experience using GitHub, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, G-Suite, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.
