The Field and Partner Marketing Event Specialist, North America, will report to the VP of Field, Partner & Event Marketing and work closely with the Senior Manager, Event Marketing to support the execution of high-impact field and partner events that events that drive awareness, strengthen relationships, and build pipeline for LogicMonitor.
You will be supporting field events working with regional sales, and partner activations with focus partners, across North America. You’ll help build events from the ground up, establish strong operational foundations, and align closely with sales and partners to ensure events directly support revenue goals, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Here’s a closer look at this key role:
Event Execution & Logistics
- Own pre-event, onsite, and post-event execution for a wide range of event types including partners sales kick-offs, conferences, executive meetings, golf outings, networking dinners, receptions and summits.
- Manage vendors, venues, catering, staffing, budgets, timelines, and onsite logistics
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while keeping close attention to detail.
Field & Partner Collaboration
- Support North America sales teams and priority partners to plan and execute events
- Coordinate closely with partners on co-marketing execution including pre-event communications, website copy, registration tracking, and creative development.
- Act as a trusted execution partner for sales and partner teams
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Manage post-event lead flow, uploading, tracking, and reporting in Salesforce
- Track partner deal registrations and pipeline progression
- Produce post-event performance reports
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Collaborate with demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing, enablement, web, social, and PR
- Support content development and promotional plans
- Enable sales follow-up with emails, scripts, and social messaging
- Support co-marketing programs including MDF-supported events
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3+ years of B2B event marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, Salesforce, Slack, Splash Event Registration and Canva
- Some travel required

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$63,840—$87,720 USD
