Our platform offers real-time visibility and automated solutions to identify and fix IT issues before they affect employees. We monitor virtual environments and physical devices, collecting data every 3 seconds for complete visibility across desktops, applications, and locations.\n\nOur platform uses AI to detect and analyze problems, prioritize them, score user experience, and resolve issues automatically. This helps optimize performance, improve security, and cut costs. We offer specific solutions for VDI, Desktops, Apps, Compliance, Frontline Workers, and Windows 365 migration. Our platform integrates with technologies from Microsoft (including Intune, Virtual Desktop, and Teams), Citrix (Virtual Apps & Desktops), Omnissa Horizon, and ServiceNow.\n\nWe were founded in 2012. Currently, we manage over 5 million seats, serve more than 1,800 global customers, and have over 4,700 certified experts.
