LogicMonitor is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our Edwin AI organization.
Partnering with the marketing and product teams, you’ll lead the visual execution of high-impact sales narratives—slick pitch decks, POV-ready demos, and branded storytelling assets that make Edwin AI feel both powerful and inseparable from the LogicMonitor platform. This is a high-velocity, high-visibility role where speed, polish, and conversion drives outcome.
The ideal candidate is professional, motivated and comfortable with all aspects of brand, creative and web design and has the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth B2B technology company.
Here’s a closer look at this key role:
- Own visual storytelling for Edwin AI, translating complex AI, automation, and agentic workflows into concept-driven technical diagrams, illustrations, animations, and UI-inspired visuals—grounded in a strong understanding of digital technologies and workflows, while reinforcing the LogicMonitor platform and brand.
- Lead the creation of high-impact, branded sales decks and POV assets, optimizing for speed, polish, and reuse by building modular visual systems and templates, including experimentation with AI-assisted workflows.
- Design demo-driven storytelling across formats, blending strong graphic design with video, motion, and interactive demo content (e.g., Navattic or similar tools); experience with Lovable strongly preferred.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI concepts that are visually differentiated, technically credible, and aligned with LogicMonitor’s design system and UI toolkit.
- Partner closely with GTM teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Content) to translate technical capabilities into compelling, customer-ready narratives and presentations.
- Advocate for thoughtful, innovative design solutions that improve clarity, usability, and buyer understanding.
- Stay current on design, AI, and digital technology trends, applying what materially improves storytelling and conversion.
What You’ll Need:
- 4-5 years of experience working with brand guidelines, visual design systems, component libraries, or pattern libraries.
- Ability to craft compelling customer-facing presentations and pitch decks that translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging storytelling.
- Fluency with emerging AI-powered design workflows (e.g., tools like Lovable, Magician, Galileo, etc.).
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft PPT & Canva
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment—with a background or strong interest in AI, observability, or technical products.
- Basic HTML and CSS code editing.
- Responsive/mobile design experience.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
