About the role
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining and driving the design vision for client XR solutions and our company’s product, delivering intuitive user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate insights into innovative and functional designs, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to delivery.

Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally with exposure to AR/VR/MR or interactive 3D projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research to product delivery.
Proficiency in Figma.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to design both spatial and 2D interfaces, ensuring usability and accessibility.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and client workshops.
Solid understanding of design systems and maintaining consistent visual and interaction patterns.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Proactive in driving innovation and shaping the design vision.
Deep enthusiasm for XR technologies and AI-driven design trends.
Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Define and drive design vision for client XR solutions and our internal product. Contribute to the company’s strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in design.
Immersive UX: Create intuitive spatial (AR/VR/MR) interfaces using gestures, gaze, voice, and controllers, as well as 2D interfaces for mobile and web.
Client Engagement and User Research: Conduct user studies, client workshops, and usability testing. Translate insights into scenarios, flows, and compelling design proposals; present and iterate effectively.
Prototyping & Iteration: Collaborate with the production team to build and test low- to high-fidelity prototypes on devices, refining designs based on feedback and constraints.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable UI/UX frameworks, 3D interaction patterns, and style guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, business analysts, and product/project managers to define the design vision, requirements, and priorities.
Mentorship: Guide production teams, raise design standards, and improve workflows.
Innovation & Standards: Stay ahead of XR/AI trends, ensure accessibility, and design within hardware/SDK performance limits
Impact Measurement: Define and track usability and adoption metrics; use analytics and feedback to validate success.
