About nDreams

We were founded in 2006 by CEO Patrick O’Luanaigh and have focused exclusively on virtual reality (VR) games since 2013. We develop and publish VR, Mixed Reality, and Augmented Reality games for various platforms, including high-end VR, mobile VR, VR arcades, and out-of-home VR.

Our games include Synapse, Phantom: Covert Ops, Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, Far Cry: Dive Into Insanity, Fracked, Little Cities, PowerWash Simulator VR, FRENZIES, VENDETTA FOREVER, Oh My Galaxy!, Wreckin’ Raccoon, Grit & Valor - 1949, and Shooty Fruity. We work on both our own IPs and major global IPs, building games around aspirational roleplay, high agency interaction, empowering wielding, emotional amplification, and fictional teleportation.

Mission & Values

We bring together creative and technical talent to shape the future of VR. We empower our teammates, encouraging them to explore their passions and contribute to every game we create.

Our culture is open and diverse, blending cutting-edge VR development with professional growth opportunities. We prioritize Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, building a workplace focused on respect, wellbeing, and balance. We also work to make games and the industry more accessible to underrepresented communities.

Team & Culture

nDreams has over 250 employees across four development teams. These include the original nDreams Studio in Farnborough, UK; Near Light in Brighton; and two fully-remote studios, Elevation and Orbital. Compass, a semi-autonomous VR game studio, also focuses on teen and young adult audiences as part of the nDreams collective.

The company offers a mix of hybrid and fully-remote working practices. Teams often share knowledge and resources, which helps foster collaboration. The culture focuses on wellbeing, diversity, and development, aiming for an open and diverse workplace where employees are encouraged to contribute.
