About The Role
We are looking for an XR Technical Producer who will lead the end-to-end production of immersive experiences across AR, VR, and MR platforms. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution — managing teams, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality interactive experiences.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of experience in project or production management within AR/VR/MR products, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept and prototyping to launch and post-delivery support.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on Unity or Unreal development knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, design, and art teams.
Scoping & Pipeline Planning: Experience translating creative and product vision into technical specifications and production pipelines.
Delivery Quality Ownership: Experience coordinating QA workflows, device testing, and performance validation to ensure stable and platform-compliant XR applications.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate distributed cross-functional teams, manage resources, and meet timelines while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and project excellence is achieved.
Budget and Resource Management: Strong experience in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost-effective project execution.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations effectively, and clearly translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders - ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery.
Adaptability: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a track record of adaptability and success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Passion for XR: Deep enthusiasm for XR technologies with a forward-thinking approach to creating immersive experiences that transform industries.
Responsibilities
Production & Project Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of XR projects—from concept and prototyping to launch and post-delivery support.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with creative and technical leads.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, 3D artists, designers, and QA testers.
Manage communication with stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to align technical feasibility with creative goals.
Technical Leadership
Translate creative briefs into actionable technical specifications and production pipelines.
Supervise the integration of assets and code within real-time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
Ensure compatibility and optimization across XR hardware platforms (e.g., Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens, Magic Leap, mobile AR).
Evaluate and implement new XR tools, SDKs, APIs, and frameworks to improve production efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Delivery
Define technical and performance benchmarks for XR applications.
Manage testing processes, device compatibility checks, and user experience validation.
Troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring stability and compliance with platform requirements.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with creative directors, UX designers, and engineers to align artistic and technical goals.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including version control, build deployment notes, and post-mortems.
Mentor and guide junior producers or technical artists on XR production best practices.
