Our brands support life sciences companies through all stages of development, from research to commercialization, for vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. We offer mRNA technologies for infectious disease vaccines, cancer vaccines, and cell and gene therapies. We also provide solutions for detecting impurities in bioprocesses, molecular diagnostic tools, and custom products for DNA/RNA synthesis. Our key products and technologies include CleanCap® technology, CleanAmp® hot start PCR, Antibody Affinity Extraction™, EndonucleaseGTP®, PROTEIN A MIX-N-GO™, MockV®, Sterling™, Glen Pak™, and Glen Gel-Pak™. Our brands hold numerous patents and offer over 1,500 products and services. All are ISO-9001:2015 certified. While we were founded in 2014, our brands have a collective history of over 35 years. We are Nasdaq listed under the symbol MRVI. Our CleanCap® technology was used in the world’s first FDA-approved mRNA vaccine. Ten out of 17 available cell and gene therapies use our Cygnus testing solutions for purity and safety. Our TriLink BioTechnologies brand was chosen by the U.S. Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services to expand domestic production for mRNA vaccine and therapeutic products.
