Job Description
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Consultant is responsible for hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or Bachelor’s plus five years
- Minimum of five years Dynamics 365 (AX) Manufacturing experience or equivalent industry work
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Manufacturing (MB-320) or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330).
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Minimum of two complete full cycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, with successful go-lives, that included analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post go-live support
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Plan-to Produce, Master Planning and Quality Management modules
- Experience delivering end-user training on Dynamics 365 system following a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations.
- One year experience with ISV Solutions integrated with D365 such as AXtension, Docentric
- One year of experience designing and implementing process improvement initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, or maintenance functions
- One year experience developing and maintaining detailed functional documentation, including with Functional Design Documents, test cases, process flows and training materials
- One year experience using Azure DevOps to manage ERP implementation artifacts and testing workflows
- One year experience applying lean manufacturing principles and methodologies including Kaizen
Position requires up to 50% travel.
