We started in 2009 as Canadian Wood Products, focusing on wood products. In 2010, we expanded into grain with Grain St Laurent, then into energy with CWP Energy. In 2023, we added carbon credits with Climate Solutions. We operate in Canada and the USA.

We connect industries by negotiating, purchasing, selling, and distributing commodities. We hold PEFC, FSC, and SFI certifications for sustainable forestry. We are also accredited by FERC and ONE for transmitting renewable energy from hydro, solar, and wind sources.

Our mission is to ensure a continuous supply of sustainable natural resources. We specialize in managing and trading agriculture, forestry, electricity, and carbon credits globally, always looking for new ways to sustain these resources for future generations.
