We are growing and are on the lookout for an Injury Management Coordinator to join our team, delivering industry leading services across Tasmania.

As an Injury Management Coordinator, you’ll support injured workers on their journey back to health and meaningful employment. This part‑time opportunity gives you the space to build strong relationships, apply your expertise and guide people through moments that truly matter.
You’ll coordinate the full injury management process for workers compensation injuries, ensuring every case is handled with empathy, clarity and strong legislative compliance. From developing tailored return‑to‑work plans to collaborating with employers and healthcare providers, you’ll be the steady, knowledgeable presence that helps workers feel supported and informed at every step.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end injury management, including treatment, planning and return to work activities
- Develop, review and implement Injury Management and Return to Work Plans
- Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating providers and key stakeholders
- Review work capacity and arrange retraining or redeployment options
- Work with workplace rehabilitation providers
- Collate and maintain accurate medical and case documentation
- Provide clear information to workers and employers on injury management processes
- Assist in resolving disputes and escalate issues when required
- Ensure all actions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
We are ideally looking for someone on a part time basis located in Hobart, however we are open to full time and locations across Tasmania.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management (FNS42120) OR Diploma of Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management (FNS51920)
- Experience in injury management, occupational rehab, clinical care, claims or RTW coordination
- Knowledge of Tasmanian Workers Compensation legislation and TASCAT processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills
- High proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and general technology
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
