Cogent Thinking delivers best practice Injury Prevention and Care Coordination services that are tailored to the specific requirements of every customer. Our mission is to act early to assist companies proactively manage their workplace health through a number of health and wellbeing services.
We are currently seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of Care Coordinators and oversee the development and implementation of Cogent operational process, to ensure excellence in service delivery and customer service. The team provides a range of coordination and support services to Cogent’s clients and customers (and similar services).
Job Description
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead, supervise and coach team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes.
- Lead, supervise and coach team with booking and coordination of injury prevention and wellbeing services, including but not limited to injury prevention services, health monitoring, pre-employment and fitness for duties assessments.
- Liaise with Health and Medical Practitioners regarding results and upcoming assessments.
- Provide clinical expertise and oversight across a number of medical assessments and outcomes.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
- Knowledge of pre-employment medicals, health surveillance and other occupational medical services.
- Health related degree desirable.
- Working with Children Check (based on residing State)
- Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Savvy including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Time management skills.
