Founded in 2011, we provide commercial compliance solutions and a suite of enterprise software and services for life sciences companies. We offer SaaS compliance software, consulting services, aggregate spend software, physician engagement software, and fair market value analysis. Our other offerings include data analysis for life science companies, cloud-based compliance solutions, grants management, and study management.

We serve over 400 pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology companies globally, including medical device, dental, and emerging biotech firms. We categorize our solutions into:

• Regulatory Compliance: Includes clinical transparency, confidential information management (CIM), and managed services.
• Commercial Compliance: Covers spend transparency, stakeholder engagement, global compliance digest, price transparency, third-party due diligence, and conflict of interest.
• Medical Affairs Solutions: Provides stakeholder engagement, grants/IIS management, event management, and closed-loop scientific engagement.
• Field Enablement: Features iCoach, sales/MSL/market access enablement, field coaching, and closed-loop marketing.
• Revenue Management: Addresses revenue leakage prevention, pricing management, price transparency, revenue analytics, and market intelligence.

Our headquarters are in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We also have offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Commercial Operations), Amsterdam, The Netherlands (European Hub), and Minneapolis, Minnesota (Technology Center). We recently merged with RLDatix Life Sciences and now operate under the MediSpend brand.
