Job Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of our organization’s goals and develop a schedule for training programs that are aligned with them, including inviting participants to the training, tracking participation, and putting it into the system.
  • Manage, maintain, and track training evaluations, effectiveness assessments, and return on investment metrics.
  • Input and upload training session attendance data into the system.
  • Assist with administrative activities such as monitoring, training, class planning, system and equipment setup, and record management.
  • Use effective project management to achieve excellent job results.
  • Improve jobs and processes with creative solutions.
  • Assist with administrative activities in the Group Management such as monitoring, training, class planning, system and equipment setup, and record management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Experience with training design & development and project management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills and conceptual thinking with creativity and team spirit
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Being proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment with a sense of responsibility and quality
  • Good communication skills in English

METRO’s Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
