Million Dollar Baby Co. (Babyletto, Namesake, daVinci, Monogram, & Nursery Works)

We design and manufacture children’s nursery furniture. Founded in Los Angeles in 1990 as a family business, we have expanded to include 7 brands: Babyletto, daVinci, Nursery Works, and Namesake.

Our product lines include cribs, mini cribs, dressers, chairs, bookcases, rockers, gliders, and mattresses. You can find our products at major retailers like Target and Amazon, as well as specialty stores such as Pottery Barn Kids and Crate & Barrel.

We offer Greenguard Gold–certified cribs and use FSC-certified sustainable wood when possible. We have also started using Styrofoam-free packaging for some collections to reduce waste.

We aim to help parents create beautiful, safe nurseries with our well-designed furniture.

Our work environment supports a hybrid schedule, with office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote work the rest of the week. Our office also welcomes dogs. Key teams include Branding, Process Improvement and Technology (PITT), Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Product Design, Sales, Talent Management, and Warehouse.

Compensation includes competitive pay and performance bonuses. We provide flexible hours and a hybrid work schedule, with office days on Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote work for the rest of the week.

For retirement, we have a 401k plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%. We also offer travel reimbursement of $500 for domestic trips and $1,000 for international trips. For professional development, we provide up to $3,000 annually for educational pursuits.
