The company reaches over 25 million UK households via a live 24⁄7 TV Shopping channel and website. Through the delivery of high-quality affordable products, made possible by low-cost direct sourcing, and a commitment to corporate social responsibility, TJC aims to touch people’s lives one piece at a time.
Company is now going to accelerate a digital transformation to the next level by hiring a Video Editing Team Lead.
This is a remote or onsite role, and involves daily collaboration with TJC headquarters in London, UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and edit video ads for social media (FaceMake data-driven adjustments resulting from our testing and tracking strategy on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & others).
Learn consumer behaviour and explore effective marketing tactics.
Partner with internal content creators and UGC contributors to produce compelling video ads.
Continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas to the Ads Department.
Monitor market trends and seamlessly integrate them into the video editing process.
Keep an open mind and actively seek out new approaches (AI shortcuts) to engage and captivate customers.
Requirements
Must-haves:
At least 1-2 years of experience creating and editing social media video ads(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) in a fast-growing working environment.
Updated portfolio of video ads you’ve worked on.
Real interest in Marketing, Sales, and social media, with a desirable knack for e-Commerce.
Passion for growth, achieving goals, and constant improvement.
Staying updated on the latest developments in video editing trends, and associated technologies.
