We started in 2020 as a learning technology platform to provide practical AI education for professionals and teams. We help our clients move beyond basic AI use to drive real results in their work.

Our programs help organizations find and use important AI cases, build practical AI skills for daily use, drive adoption for measurable business outcomes, and stay current as AI technology evolves. The Mindstone Learning Platform delivers personalized, hands-on AI training for real-world applications, catering to learners from beginners to advanced levels.

Specific programs include “Practical AI Competence for Executives” for leadership teams and the “Mindstone Enterprise AI Academy” for broader team integration of AI tools. We also offer a browser extension for Chrome and Edge that assists users within AI tools like Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude. Over 70,000 people globally use our platform.

We have a team of 11-50 employees. We work in a London-based, hybrid arrangement. Our roles often emphasize a hands-on approach, with opportunities for direct influence on critical product and operational decisions. We maintain our company culture through scalable processes, even as we grow.

We also foster a Global AI Community with over 20,000 members. We’ve hosted more than 70 events in 18 cities and provide access to over 300 expert talks and exclusive content. This community focuses on learning, sharing, and connecting, with an emphasis on creating a fun environment for AI education. Our leadership team includes experienced founders, such as the CEO who has founded six companies.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and meaningful equity. For example, a Lead Engineer role might range from £100,000-£120,000, and a COO position from £120,000-£180,000.

Our team works in a London-based, hybrid arrangement. Employees have the opportunity for direct influence on critical decisions and work alongside experienced founders. We have a proven product-market fit with blue-chip clients, are profitable, and are venture-backed, which allows us to choose our own path.
