As a Partner Account Manager – Manufacturing Operations, you will play a strategic role in expanding it’s impact by building and enabling a high-performing Prolink partner ecosystem within your assigned region. You’ll identify, recruit, and develop precision metrology, inspection, and manufacturing technology partners who can bring Minitab’s Prolink solutions to market, while creating strong, revenue-generating relationships aligned to our global go-to-market strategy.
This role goes beyond transactional channel management. You will collaborate with precision metrology dealers, system integrators, operations technology providers, manufacturing data consultants, OEMs, and value-added resellers to embed Minitab’s Prolink platform into broader manufacturing modernization, quality management, and real-time data initiatives. By aligning partner capabilities with Minitab’s value-based delivery approach, you’ll help scale recurring and new business revenue across industrial markets.
You won’t simply manage partner accounts—you will architect regional partner strategies, develop joint business plans, drive enablement programs, and actively support co-selling efforts. Working closely with internal direct sales and services teams, you will help operationalize new business opportunities, support key renewals, track and influence partner pipelines, and leverage existing partner customer bases to accelerate growth.

Partner Account Manager – Manufacturing Operations (Prolink Ecosystem)
Are you a channel sales leader with deep experience in precision metrology, inspection, and real-time SPC? Do you thrive on building high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth? Minitab is looking for a dynamic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to expand and enable our Prolink partner ecosystem within a defined geographic region.
What You’ll Do
As a Partner Account Manager, you will:
Identify, recruit, enable, and manage a high-performing Prolink partner ecosystem
Develop and execute annual partner business development plans
Align regional partner strategy with Minitab’s global go-to-market plan and customer engagement lifecycle
Drive recurring and new business revenue growth through strategic partnerships
Support partners on key renewal opportunities and new business pursuits
Strategize and operationalize sales activities while tracking and managing partner pipelines
Deliver enablement programs to strengthen partner capabilities and value-based selling
Collaborate closely with internal direct sales and services teams to close deals
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of channel business development experience within:
Precision metrology
Inspection systems
Manufacturing data collection
Real-time SPC
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape
Experience managing partners with average annual revenue targets exceeding $1M USD
Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas
Multi-channel sales experience with a collaborative approach to closing business
Familiarity with structured value-based and/or consultative selling methodologies
Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience (a plus)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel 50%+

OEMs within the metrology and inspection industry
