About the role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to support cross-functional projects, drive operational improvements, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role sits close to decision-making and works across teams to keep initiatives on track.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of cross-functional business operations projects, from scoping through delivery
Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
Prepare structured reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership review
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical improvements
Track project milestones and flag risks or blockers proactively
Take ownership of ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as they arise
Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and project outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, finance, or a business analyst/operations role
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of at least one BA/analytics tool beyond Excel — SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Track record of managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously
Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new domains
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a consulting firm, financial institution, or fast-growing startup
- Salesforce or other CRM familiarity
- Familiarity with process/workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro
- Exposure to F&B, tech, or multi-location retail/franchise business models
