We are a software development company based in Wrocław. Our team of 130+ professionals has delivered over 900 custom web and mobile solutions for clients across fintech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and other industries worldwide.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team and to support our online visibility and brand presence — helping optimize SEO & GEO performance, manage press and newsroom content, and create engaging social media formats that amplify our reach across key digital channels.

What you’ll do
- Content Optimization: Assist in refreshing existing blog posts with guided updates to help improve their visibility and search rankings.
- Internal Linking: Help strengthen our website’s structure by identifying and adding helpful internal links using our AI toolset.
- Quality Assurance: Support the team by checking that all posts include the necessary SEO basics, like descriptive headers and image alt-text.
- Digital Archiving: Help maintain our brand’s story by organizing and uploading historical press materials to the website.
- Press Support: Manage the upload of new press releases and media kits into the CMS, ensuring everything is formatted correctly and published on time.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the “Press” section organized and easy to navigate for visitors and media partners.
- Short-Form Video: Collaborate on creating engaging, “scroll-stopping” native videos for our social media channels.
- Content Adaptation: Learn to “repurpose” long-form videos into energetic Reels, Shorts, and Stories that capture attention and drive traffic.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of marketing experience.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and social media.
- SEO Fundamentals: Understanding of on-page SEO and experience with keyword optimization.
- Design & Video Basics: Ability to use tools (like Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut) to create clean, professional social assets.
- AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools to streamline transcription, interlinking, and content adaptation.
- Detail-Oriented: A “final-eye” mentality: you catch the broken link or the typo before it goes live.
- Communication: Fluent in both Polish and English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and an understanding of how LLM-powered search tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude) are changing the way content is discovered and ranked online.
- Experience in managing Youtube and LinkedIn posts.
- Experience in posting audio content, for example on Spotify Podcasts.
- Experience in B2B marketing.

Salary: 5 800 - 7 000 netto + VAT (B2B contract only)
