We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Milan.
The role
The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of customer support and strategic tasks, working closely with clients and our wider Sales team. The Customer Success Manager will:
- Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed
- Support customers in defining and executing their digital strategy
- Engage with clients at all levels and lead all client engagements
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Evaluate dealer performance — including website quality, stock imagery, adoption of new features, and overall digital presence
- Propose lead-generating campaigns based on best practices and top-performing customer benchmarks
- Develop testimonial strategies in partnership with the Sales team
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates
- Share insights into industry best practices to enhance customers’ ability to get maximum value from our solutions
- Liaise with Content Editors to keep training content up to date and continuously improve processes
Our ideal Customer Success Manager will have a background within an Automotive Dealership environment and a strong customer-oriented approach. As well as:
Native level of Italian and fluent English
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
Tech-savvy with a digital mindset
Great communication and presentation skills
Genuine curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools

Full time, Permanent
Monday to Friday
Hybrid working pattern (10 days SW per month)
Office based in Milan, near Lambrate
Contratto indeterminato (ccnl commercio)
RAL: ranging between 30k - 35k (depending on experience)
Variable commission plan
