Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the smooth and accurate operation of our Transfer Agency function. In this role, you will manage key investor‑servicing processes, maintain high‑quality records, and collaborate across teams to deliver a superior client experience. What You’ll Do
Investor Transaction Processing
Execute core Transfer Agency activities, including processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and on time. Support quality control reviews to ensure all deliverables align with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Investor Recordkeeping
Maintain accurate and compliant investor records, ensuring data integrity across all systems. Monitor updates and changes to ensure all information is complete, current, and audit‑ready.
Client & Investor Support
Serve as a primary point of contact within the team for daily client, investor, and fund manager inquiries. Work within agreed service levels, escalate issues when needed, and ensure prompt, professional resolutions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams—including Client Services, Fund Accounting, and other MUFG departments—to address investor queries and resolve operational matters efficiently. Provide guidance and support to team members to uphold high service standards.
Process Improvement & Technology Adoption
Collaborate with your Line Manager on testing, change requests, and the implementation of new technologies designed to enhance Transfer Agency operations and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Similar experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service.
- Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities will be considered an asset.
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
