Job Description

The Senior Associate is a key reviewer and processor of complicated work who participates in day to day service and maintenance of client portfolios.

The Senior Associate will act as a reviewer and control on operations matters on a daily basis. They are responsible for credit agreement and new deal setup review, escalation and review of complex matters from Associates, and to participate in client contact to resolve breaks as needed.  Strong attention to detail and time management skills are critical for Senior Associates for these reasons.

Deliverables

•  Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings

•  Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes

•  Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders

•  Provide reporting and support the client operations team during the valuation cycle

•  Position substantiation on a quarterly basis for each portfolio

•  Support daily operations efforts to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner

•  Conduct second reviews on setups and credit agreements for the operations team

Qualifications

You have:

• University or College business degree, ideally in Finance
• Hands on experience with Loan Administration, Credit Agreements or Structured Finance Products
• Confidence working with complex information and explaining it clearly
• Data review and reporting skills
