Job Description
- Support quality control of daily deliverables in line with company policies on investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash.
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation.
- Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models, maintaining compliance with fund terms.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check-ins, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Assist management with departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
- Experience in PE funds is an asset
- Familiarity with investor services processes is an asset.
- Professional designations (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) or working toward one are considered an asset but not required.
