Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a QA Hybrid/Full-Stack Engineer, where you play a pivotal role in shaping the brilliance of our products. Be the driving force behind ensuring our cutting-edge solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations, setting new benchmarks for usability, security and performance.
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, IT, Agile Testing Lead, you will:
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective), providing valuable insights on testability and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other team members to understand requirements and user stories, translating them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Utilize Python with Selenium and PyTest to develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring efficient and repeatable testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work collaboratively with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve overall test coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies within the agile framework.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and potential risks.

Qualifications
You Have:
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in Python, Selenium and PyTest for test automation.
- Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Software QA Engineer, with a significant portion of that time working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proven ability to create well-structured, comprehensive test plans and test cases from requirements and user stories.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
