Job description
The Coordinator, Global Marketing will support the Global Marketing team and be responsible for the following areas that contribute to the brand’s overall growth. This role is estimated to last 3 months:
Job Requirements
• Develop launch presentations
• Manage cost sheets and bill of materials with cross-functional teams
• Assist with copy document development and communication with Channel leads
• Present and align with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership
• Point person for the Creative department to ensure product artwork is submitted on time and accurately
• Submit creative requests for new product launches
• Checking proofs, copy, and standard approvals
• Assist Brand Managers on new product development
• Manage translation requests
• Identify trend opportunities through the analysis of market data and product trends reports
• Monitor and develop analysis of consumer feedback and insights
• Organize product copy library
Education and Experience:
• 1-2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work.
The expected base salary for this position is $25.00-$32.00 per hour. The exact base salary is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
