Requirements
- Experience : 9+ Years
- Requirement Elicitation, Analysis, and Documentation Expertise in gathering, analysing, validating, and documenting requirements through stakeholder interactions and structured analysis techniques.
- BRD, FRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria Proven experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive requirement documents and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Product Backlog Management and Roadmapping Hands-on experience in managing, grooming, and prioritizing product backlogs and contributing to product and release roadmaps.
- Business Process Modeling (BPMN) Strong capability in modeling and documenting business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- As-Is / To-Be Analysis and Gap Analysis Experience in performing current-state and future-state analysis to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management Excellent skills in managing and aligning expectations of multiple business stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- UAT and Change Management – Experience in planning and supporting UAT, managing defects, and handling change requests to ensure functional accuracy.
- Agile, Scrum Methodologies – Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Excel – Proficient in using industry-standard tools for requirement tracking, documentation, process modeling, and analysis.
- Leadership, Mentoring, and Decision-Making Skills – Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior analysts, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional requirement gathering, analysis, and validation
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and User Stories
- Perform As-Is / To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis
- Own and manage the product backlog including grooming, refinement, and prioritization
- Contribute to product and release roadmaps
- Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Support sprint planning and release planning activities
- Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure requirements traceability and manage change requests
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off
- Review and ensure quality of functional documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
