Job Description
- 10+ years in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, ideally in architecture or solution leadership roles.
- Delivered in a complex enterprise landscape where UKG Pro, ADP and Workday coexist.
- Worked with global HR organizations spanning multiple countries and legal entities.
- UKG Pro expertise Deep knowledge of People Center / Core HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Working experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Document Management, People Assist and Reporting & Analytics. Strong grasp of UKG Pro security, roles, workflows, employee data, organizational structures and integrations.
- Integration Designing HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, event-based and batch interfaces.
- Data transformation and mapping, integration monitoring and reconciliation.
- Mandatory: integration with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping. Integration with IAM, Finance/ERP, Benefits, Talent, ServiceNow (or similar HR service platforms) and data/analytics platforms.
- Architecture Enterprise, application, integration, data, security and API architecture.
- Cloud and SaaS architecture.
- System-of-record and data-ownership modeling.
- Running architecture governance and acting as design authority. Leadership and communication Comfortable across both functional HR and technical architecture domains.
- Able to lead architecture discussions with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, Integration and business stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and written communication. Preferred qualifications UKG Pro certifications (for example, Core HR or integration-related credentials). Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform (for example, Boomi, SSP CPI ).
- Experience with HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR and regional equivalents. Prior experience leading large HCM implementations or platform consolidations end to end.
