Job Description
- Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization
- Develop target architectures, solution concepts and roadmaps for modern HR system landscapes
- Support transformation and migration projects, for example from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and presentations
- Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects
- Prepare proposals, statements of work and solution concepts
- Support RFPs, pitches and proposal presentations
- Contribute to demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and a good understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes
- A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
- Experience with HR transformation, digitalization and/or migration projects
- Strong advisory skills and the ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions and roadmaps
- Confidence in working directly with clients and facilitating workshops and presentations
- Experience in presales, proposal processes and ideally RFPs
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Consulting, Sales and Delivery
- Business-fluent German skills (minimum C1) are required, as you will work closely with German-speaking clients
- Very good English skills
