Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- Total experience 13 years to 15 years.
- Define, drive, and maintain the enterprise roadmap for ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM capabilities.
- Develop governance models, frameworks, and standards to ensure scalability and sustainability of service and asset processes.
- Align IT service, asset, and operations management strategies with business objectives.
- Lead architecture and implementation of end-to-end Asset Discovery solutions across:
- On-premises environments
- Multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- SaaS applications
- Architect enterprise-scale CMDB/Assets models, federation patterns, and integration frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, configuration governance, and compliance across systems.
- Lead enterprise deployments and configurations using Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or other major ITSM tools.
- Design and implement workflows, automations, CMDB/Assets structures, and integrations using best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling improvements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Establish policies and standards for asset lifecycle management, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide executive-level insights, guidance, and recommendations on ITSM/ITAM/ITOM maturity improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and drive continuous adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders on strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
