Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in Business Intelligence to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade BI solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across the full BI lifecycle—from raw data ingestion to insightful dashboards—while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, from raw data to dashboard, aligned with industry best practices
- Lead BI solution architecture using AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI
- Provide accurate effort estimation and planning for BI initiatives
- Deliver enterprise-scale BI implementations, covering ETL, data modeling, and visualization in production environments
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior data professionals
- Manage and oversee delivery of BI projects with varying levels of complexity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering
- Proven expertise in AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda or similar services)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design
- Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in production environments
- Strong estimation, planning, and delivery management skills
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale BI environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite setup in or near Jundiaí, SP
