Job Description
Role - SAP MM Consultant
Location - Portland, OR
Work Model - Remote with frequent travel to Portland
Employment type - Fulltime
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Procure to Pay Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process SAP implementation and deployment at North American site roll-out project.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design, configure, and support SAP MM P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders, goods receipts, returns, and invoice verification.
- Maintain and enhance master data related to vendors, materials/articles, purchasing info records, source lists, and pricing conditions for retail customers during the transformation/ greenfield projects.
Experience in project lifecycle activities:
- Blueprinting, configuration, unit/integration/UAT testing, cut-over, go-live, and hyper care for P2P in SAP Retail.
- Exceptional soft skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer workshops and assessments sessions.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with FI (AP), especially purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and GR/IR.
- Create process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and work instructions for end-users.
- Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts, preferably with multiple full lifecycle projects in P2P.
Qualifications
Must have Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP SD.
SAP MM (Strong), SAP MM-IM (Capable), SAP MM-PUR (Strong).
Good to have:
SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications are preferred.
SAP Cloud ERP, private or public cloud solutions experience/certification is a strong plus.
