Role - INFOR M3 Support Consultant
Location - Remote CANADA
Employment Type - Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our global support team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex functional issues and ensuring business continuity for our clients” M3 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs.
- Core Module Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement (PUR), Sales (OIS), Warehouse Management (WMS/MMS), and Distribution.
- Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and provide functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps.
- M3 Configuration: Perform functional configurations in M3 (e.g., CRS, MMS, OIS tables) to support changing business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and interface issues and communicate effectively with global business users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3 (v13.4, CloudSuite, or on premises).
- Functional Depth: Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410.
- Integration Knowledge: Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance (FAM) and Infor OS (ION/BODs).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle “Business Critical” incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients.
