Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Transact Business Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Temenos implementation projects.
The candidate will act as a functional SME responsible for analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Temenos capabilities, configuring products, and supporting end-to-end core banking implementations.
The consultant should possess strong expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA), Retail/Corporate Banking modules, and Core Banking functionalities.
Temenos consultants typically work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, configure products, and support testing and go-live activities during core banking implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting Lead business requirement gathering workshops with bank stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Temenos Transact capabilities.
Provide functional solution design aligned with Temenos best practices.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), user guides or training materials Temenos Implementation Participate in end-to-end Temenos Transact implementation projects including:
Requirement analysis Solution design Product configuration Data Migration support Testing and UAT support Go-live and post-production support.
Configure and implement Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and contracts.
Core Banking Expertise Work across Retail/Corporate and Core modules, including: AA Loans AA Deposits Accounts Limits & Collateral Lending Customer & Account management Payments / Funds Transfer Retail/Corporate banking product configuration Testing & Delivery Support SIT and UAT cycles.
Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams.
Provide training to client users and business teams.
Stakeholder Management Act as Functional SME for Temenos Transact.
Communicate with business users, architects, and delivery teams.
Support production issues and system stabilization post go-live.
Required Experience 10+/- years of experience in Core Banking implementations
5+ years working with Temenos Transact / T24 Strong functional expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) Experience working in Retail/Corporate Banking modules
Experience in Temenos implementation or transformation programs
Exposure to product configuration and parameterization
