Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 8+ years
- Strong experience in Workday Financials with expertise in Workday Integration development and support.
- Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting Workday integrations.
- Expertise in Workday integration technologies, including: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) – inbound, outbound, user template fill-in, and mass uploads, Core Connectors, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Experience in configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials is mandatory.
- Good functional understanding of Workday modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS) is an added advantage.
- Experience in developing Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
- Experience managing content uploads, including onboarding documents, questionnaires, and related configuration artifacts.
- Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, security domains, and security profiles.
- Experience providing production support for Workday functional and integration solutions.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, incident management, and ticket handling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Workday Certification is preferred.
- Willingness to work in US/UK overlapping hours (preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, enhance, and support Workday Financials integrations across enterprise applications.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday Financial integration solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes to support business operations and evolving requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports to support financial reporting and operational needs.
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and security profiles.
- Support Workday Financials and related functional areas while collaborating with HCM teams where required.
- Manage content uploads, including onboarding documents, questionnaires, and other Workday configuration artifacts.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting functional and integration issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing timely resolutions.
- Monitor Workday integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through ITSM processes while meeting defined SLAs.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, support documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve the Workday Financials ecosystem.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
