Job Description

Job Description:
- Act as the on-site extension of the client’s senior project team member who will be working remotely during the client’s SAP implementation to provide Project Management & Business Analysis tasks.
- Ensure effective execution of all agreed project deliverables across the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate and drive on-site and remote teams, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and outputs are met.
- Able to prepare workshop and meeting materials, facilitate sessions, and deliver clear, confident presentations to all project stakeholders.
- Deliver project analysis and business analysis support, translating discussions into structured actions, insights, and execution plans - Own task tracking, action follow-ups, and execution monitoring for management-assigned initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the client’s senior team member, acting as a trusted right-hand support.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and escalations, providing clear and timely feedback.
- Willingness to be based in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Turkey or Tunisia and work closely with cross-country teams across the MENA region, including the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with professional certifications in Project Management such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent qualifications considered an added advantage.
- - 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP programs, SAP implementations, or large transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience in project analyst, business analyst, PMO, or program support roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles (ECC or S/4HANA exposure preferred).
- Proven ability to manage task tracking, follow-through, and delivery governance.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, PowerBI and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
