Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Expert Developer / JAVA Architect / Tech Lead to join the BPCE SI department of Natixis, specifically within the Pôle ExOp team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with business users and IT teams to lead development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development Initiatives: Spearhead opportunities and projects, engaging with business users and IT to drive successful outcomes.
- Solution Analysis & Design: Analyze complex requirements, design, and implement robust solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
- Architectural Development: Design and develop modules that encompass critical aspects of system architecture, including migration and security protocols.
- Code Quality and Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing quality and organization of platform code and data, fostering best practices within the team.
Technical Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong Programming Expertise: Proficient in programming languages and tools such as JAVA, C#, .Net, Angular, and others.
- Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex requirements and defining advanced technical and functional solutions.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with diverse teams, including Security, Finance, and Internal Audit.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
