Founded in 2020, we develop embedded software for employee benefits, covering HCM integrations, decision support, and benefits communication. Our AI platform connects individuals’ health and wealth information, helping employees make better decisions and manage their benefits through personalized interactions. Our AI agent offers guidance and can act on behalf of employees, using machine learning to streamline both health and wealth benefits.

The platform integrates with communication tools like Slack, Teams, and iMessage. We serve over 3 million employees nationwide and integrate with more than 300 data sources. We comply with data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA, WCAG AA 2.1, SOC 2 + HITRUST, ADA, CCPA, and NIST 800. Our services have reduced benefits-related HR questions by 46% and helped employees reclaim an average of $5-10K through automated claims filing. We have raised over $130 million in funding.
