Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic self-starter to lead pricing, promotions, and subscriber value optimization strategy within the Growth Strategy organization at Peacock. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and customer experience and is responsible for shaping how we deliver the right offer and experience to the right customer at the right time.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings a strong test-and-learn mindset, and can independently define and execute a vision spanning pricing strategy, targeted promotions, and subscriber value optimization initiatives. They have deep experience in growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, or monetization within subscription or digital media businesses and are comfortable owning end-to-end strategy from concept through execution and optimization.
This role works cross-functionally across Product, Finance, Forecasting, Audience Development, and Go-To-Market teams and requires the ability to set long-term vision while diving into executional details.
Responsibilities:
- Own pricing and promotional strategy across public, targeted, and gated offers, ensuring alignment with subscriber growth and profitability goals
- Define and evolve the long-term vision for subscriber value optimization across all customer touchpoints
- Build and manage a roadmap of targeting and value optimization use cases, prioritizing by impact, feasibility, and alignment with growth objectives
- Partner with Forecasting and Finance to align promotional strategies with revenue targets, and subscriber growth goals
- Own and evolve customer targeting strategy across all touchpoints to ensure cohesive, tailored experiences
- Lead and optimize decisioning logic to power personalized and dynamic offers
- Drive innovation in offer constructs and promotional mechanics, including ways to enhance subscriber value
- Identify, evaluate, and lead subscriber value expansion initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Lead cross-functional efforts to test, launch, and scale new initiatives, leaving room for emerging opportunities and evolving business needs
- Develop and present compelling narratives to communicate strategy, performance, and opportunities to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field
- 8+ years relevant work experience in strategy, business analysis, pricing, or growth, ideally within the streaming, subscription, or digital entertainment space
- Experience developing business cases and strategic recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs with both strategic and financial rigor
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work flexibly across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Additional Requirements
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

- Salary range: $155,000 - $185,000 ( bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
