Job Description
NBC News Digital (Shop TODAY, NBC Select) is seeking a Manager, Commerce Partnerships (Strategic Partnerships) to lead and grow a portfolio of key retail and strategic partners across our commerce business. This role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with priority partners, driving revenue through integrated programs, and identifying new opportunities for long-term growth across Shop TODAY and NBC Select.
This role will manage 1–2 direct reports and report to the Head of Commerce Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners, managing day-to-day relationships and long-term growth
- Drive revenue by developing and expanding integrated programs across affiliate marketing, content, social, and sponsorships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships through new initiatives, tentpoles, and custom programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Studios, and Commerce teams to execute high-impact programs
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and performance recaps for internal and external stakeholders
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities to optimize and scale
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnerships, account management, PR, media, or brand marketing
- Experience managing large, strategic partners or accounts
- Experience working with merchants, agencies, and/or affiliate marketing programs
- Must have a strong understanding of affiliate rates, affiliate platforms and affiliate reporting
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build compelling partner narratives
- Highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)
