Job Description
NBCUniversal is one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. We develop, produce and market entertainment, news and information to a global audience. Universal Pictures International (UPI) is the international film division of Universal Film, operating across 80+ territories worldwide.
The UPI Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management team. It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and joint ventures. The team partners closely with headquarters functions, all UPI operating companies, regional offices, and corporate groups across London, Amsterdam, and other global markets.

The Manager, FP&A will report directly to the VP, FP&A and work closely with teams across our domestic and international UPI businesses, key stakeholders, and business partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead international market performance analysis (P&L statements, market statistics and KPIs) and international title all-rights reporting (theatrical, TV distribution and digital)
- Analyze and report on weekly title box office performance under tight deadlines
- Create and maintain financial models used for title greenlights and pre-release/opening reports, as well as other title P&Ls
- Present title and ad-hoc financials to the UPI senior management team and Film Finance leadership
- Support title budget planning and coordination across teams
- Support head office marketing cost tracking (system uploads, reconciliations and review)
- Collaborate with various business units and international teams to ensure reporting is accurate and up to date
- Pivot and adapt to take on ad-hoc projects
- Enhance Excel models and create PowerPoint presentations dashboards and management reports for business leaders
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables and advanced spreadsheets
- Must be available to work extended hours and travel if needed

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 (bonus eligible)
