We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of data and analytics initiatives across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure complex, data-driven projects are delivered on time and drive meaningful business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, executable project plans
  • Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking progress in Jira and facilitating project rituals
  • Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud and data architecture best practices
  • Track and report on project performance, milestones, and risks, providing clear updates to senior leaders
  • Analyze data across multiple sources to support planning, prioritization, and budget alignment
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency and reduce operational friction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within data, analytics, or platform engineering environments
  • Hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; proficiency with Jira
  • Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures and common data & analytics patterns
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and comfort working with datasets
  • Experience troubleshooting with SQL, as needed (basic joins)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., TPM, data engineer, analytics engineer, analyst,  engineering manager)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party technology partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments

Additional Requirements:

  • Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to be performed from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
