We use satellite-based Basemap technology to analyze properties and find suitable program fits, allowing landowners to compare options before enrolling. Our expertise includes forest inventory, biometrics, GIS, remote sensing, environmental markets, and landowner engagement.

We offer a free property report that includes a market analysis and recommendations. This helps landowners understand their current timber value, future income potential from carbon credits or conservation programs, and how land value might change. We also provide strategies for habitat improvement.

For a fee, we offer implementation services. This means we connect landowners with buyers, manage contracts, and handle the paperwork. We’ve worked with over 40,000 landowners, analyzed more than 30 million acres, and helped facilitate over $20 million in payments.

Our basic platform is available across the continental United States. Forest Forecast and implementation services are currently offered in the Southeast, including Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, for properties 10 acres and larger.

Our mission is to help family forest owners, who manage over 290 million acres in the U.S., get access to the same tools and opportunities as larger landowners.

We have 11-50 employees. Our culture focuses on supporting family forest owners by giving them access to tools and expertise previously available mainly to large timber companies.
