Job Description
Do you want to help shape how Netcompany is perceived as an employer in the UK tech market?
This role sits within the UK Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Strategy UK, and works closely with HR and Talent Acquisition. You will position Netcompany as an employer of choice by translating our strong market reputation into compelling campaigns and experiences for IT talent.
This is a hybrid role combining event management, digital marketing, content creation, and employer brand strategy. You will deliver a programme of external and internal events while developing campaigns, content, and messaging that resonate with IT professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver employer branding events, including external events, hosted experiences, and internal initiatives to boost engagement and referrals
- Develop and track campaigns across digital channels, social media and through partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand and event activity
- Create engaging content and identify compelling stories showcasing Netcompany’s talent, values and opportunities
- Translate Netcompany’s market reputation into messaging and experiences for IT talent in the UK
- Support development and localisation of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the UK market
- Collaborate with the Global Employer Branding team and align with broader marketing initiatives
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure campaigns and events support hiring priorities
- Act as the local Employer Branding lead and monitor campaign and event performance to optimise impact
Qualifications
- BA or MA degree (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, HR, or similar – preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a hybrid role combining events, marketing, and project management
- Hands-on, strategic thinker with understanding of what IT professionals value in an employer
- Creative, able to translate strategy into campaigns, events, and content
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills; digital marketing tools, analytics, or design experience advantageous
- Insight-led, data-aware, and continuously improving outcomes
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident making independent decisions
- Persuasive communicator with enthusiasm and audience awareness
