Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Plan and lead employer branding campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business, HR, Marketing, Communications, Leadership, and other key stakeholders.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage end-to-end employer branding projects, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Content & Campaign Development: Develop compelling narratives and creative campaigns in collaboration with internal and external teams to strengthen the employer brand.
- Events & Engagement: Design and execute employer brand initiatives at events and webinars to showcase company culture and opportunities.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research and analyze results to identify growth opportunities and guide employer branding strategy.
- Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient execution of employer branding initiatives.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in employer branding, including work within dedicated employer branding teams or brand/business environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan, shape, and lead the employer branding agenda, not just execute.
- Proven experience planning, developing, and leading employer branding campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including HR, marketing, business leaders, and communications teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong business communication capabilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and digitally fluent, comfortable leveraging tools and platforms for employer branding campaigns.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3350 - 4800 EUR/Month.
